After approximately 15 minutes, turn left onto a smaller road when you see the sign for Sodeshi Rice Terraces. The address is 1376 Tangocho Sodeshi, Kyotango, Kyoto 627-0245. There is free parking available near the terraces.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Sodeshi Rice Terraces by public transportation, take a train to Amino Station from Kyoto Station. The train ride takes about 2 hours. Once at Amino Station, exit the station and catch a bus towards Tangocho Sodeshi. The bus ride takes around 30 minutes. Get off at the Sodeshi stop, which is closest to the rice terraces. From the bus stop, it is a short 5-minute walk to the terraces.
