    From Matsushima-Kaigan Station, walk towards the waterfront. Follow the path along the bay for approximately 15 minutes, heading east. You'll pass Godaido Temple on a small island to your right. Continue along the path until you reach Cafe Bayland, where you can purchase a ticket (200 JPY for adults) to cross the Fukuura-bashi Bridge to Fukuurajima.

    Take the JR Senseki Line to Matsushima-Kaigan Station. From the station, follow the walking directions to Fukuurajima. The walk from the station to Cafe Bayland takes about 15 minutes. A single train fare from Sendai Station to Matsushima-Kaigan Station costs approximately 420 JPY.
