    Car

    If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Aizuwakamatsu City, which is about 30 km away from Ouchijuku. Take National Route 121 heading south, and then merge onto Route 352. Follow the signs for Ouchijuku. The drive typically takes around 40 minutes. There is parking available near the village, but be aware that during busy seasons, it may fill up quickly, and a parking fee of around 500 yen may apply.

    Train and Bus

    For those using public transportation, take the JR Tadami Line from Aizuwakamatsu Station to Tadami Station. The train ride takes approximately 50 minutes. From Tadami Station, you will need to take a bus to Ouchijuku. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes, and be sure to check the bus schedule beforehand as services may be limited, especially on weekends and holidays. The bus fare is around 600 yen. Once you arrive at Ouchijuku, the village is easily accessible on foot.

    Local Taxi Service

    If you prefer a more direct route or if public transportation timings do not align with your schedule, consider a local taxi from Aizuwakamatsu or Tadami Station. The taxi fare from Aizuwakamatsu to Ouchijuku is approximately 6,000 yen, while from Tadami Station it can be around 3,000 to 4,000 yen depending on traffic.
