From Tokyo, take the JR Yokosuka Line to Yokosuka Station. From Yokosuka Station, you can take a bus towards Yokosuka Chuo Station and get off at the Mikasa Park stop, or walk for approximately 25 minutes. Alternatively, take the Keikyu Line to Yokosuka Chuo Station and walk 15 minutes to Mikasa Park. Keikyu Line offers a Yokosuka Enjoy Ticket, which includes a round trip ticket on the Keikyu Line between Shioiri and Uraga Stations, a Keikyu Bus unlimited pass, a meal ticket, and a ticket for visiting local establishments. Train fare from Tokyo to Yokosuka ranges from ¥1,000 to ¥1,400. A one-day Mikasa circulation bus ticket costs ¥300 for adults and ¥150 for children.

From JR Yokosuka Station, take a bus towards Yokosuka Chuo Station (routes include “Kinugasa Station,” “Nagai,” or “Misakiguchi”) for about 10 minutes. Get off at the “Otakicho” bus stop and walk 7 minutes. A one-day Mikasa circulation bus ticket costs ¥300 for adults and ¥150 for children.

From the Yokohama-Yokosuka Road, exit at the Yokosuka Interchange, follow Prefectural Road 28 (formerly Honcho Yamanaka Road) to the end, then turn left at the entrance to Mikasa Park on National Route 16. There is no parking directly at Mikasa Park, but there is a pay parking lot nearby. Parking costs vary.
