If you are near Tokyo Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) bound for Mitaka or Takao and get off at Otemachi Station (3 stops). From Otemachi Station, take Exit B6 and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will pass the Otemachi Financial City and reach the Mitsui Main Building, where the Mitsui Memorial Museum is located on the 7th floor.
