If you are near Tokyo Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) bound for Mitaka or Takao and get off at Otemachi Station (3 stops). From Otemachi Station, take Exit B6 and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will pass the Otemachi Financial City and reach the Mitsui Main Building, where the Mitsui Memorial Museum is located on the 7th floor.

If you are near Shinjuku, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line towards Ikebukuro and transfer at Tokyo Station. From there, follow the previous guidance to Otemachi Station and the Mitsui Memorial Museum.

Take a bus from your location to the Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit. From there, follow the directions to Otemachi Station as previously described. Alternatively, you can take a bus that goes directly to Nihonbashi, and then walk to the Mitsui Main Building.
