From Shinjuku Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) towards Takao. Get off at Hino Station (approximately 35 minutes). Once you arrive at Hino Station, exit the station and head towards the East Exit. You will see a bus stop just outside the station.

At the bus stop outside Hino Station, take the Keio Bus bound for 'Shinmei'. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Shinmei 4-chome' bus stop. From there, the Shinsengumi Hometown History Museum is a short 5-minute walk.

After getting off the bus at 'Shinmei 4-chome', walk straight along the main road. You will see a small park on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection. The Shinsengumi Hometown History Museum will be located on your right at 4 Chome−１６−1 Shinmei.
