Subway
To reach Success Steps from Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (Red Line) towards Ogikubo. Get off at the next station, which is Shinjuku-sanchome Station. From there, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line (Brown Line) and take it towards Wako-shin-toshi. Get off at the next stop, which is the Higashi-Ginza Station. Exit the station and walk towards the east for about 10 minutes until you reach the Atago Shrine.

If you are starting from Tokyo Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) towards Takao. Get off at the next stop, which is the Tokyo Station. Transfer to the Toei Oedo Line and take it towards Roppongi. Get off at the Kamiyacho Station. From Kamiyacho Station, it's a 10-minute walk to the Success Steps. Head west along Route 403 and follow the signs towards Atago Shrine.

If you are near the Tokyo Tower, you can walk to the Success Steps. Head north from the Tokyo Tower towards Atago Hill. Take the stairs up Atago Hill, and you will find the beautiful Atago Shrine, which features the Success Steps. The walk will take about 15 minutes.

From the nearest bus stop at Tokyo Tower, take the Toei Bus No. 01 towards Shimbashi Station. Get off at the Atago Shrine stop. From there, you can easily walk to the Success Steps located at the shrine. The total travel time should be around 20 minutes.
