If you're near the Imperial Palace, you can walk to the Japanese Geodetic Origin Point. Head northeast towards the Nagatacho area. Walk along Sakuradamon Street and continue straight. After about a 15-20 minute walk, you will reach the destination at 1 Chome-1-2 Nagatachō, Chiyoda City, Tokyo.

Public Transport
From Tokyo Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Kokkai-gijidomae Station. From there, it's a short walk to the Japanese Geodetic Origin Point. The subway fare is approximately ¥200-¥300. Alternatively, take a Toei Bus from the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station towards Nagatacho. Get off at the Nagatacho stop and walk east for about 3 minutes. The bus fare is around ¥210.
