    Take the Tokyo Water Bus from Asakusa to Odaiba Seaside Park. From the Odaiba Seaside Park pier, walk approximately 25 minutes to Daiba Park. Head east along the waterfront, past the Marine House. The fare from Asakusa to Odaiba Seaside Park ranges from 1260 to 2000 yen for adults, depending on the boat.

    Daiba Park is accessible by car via the Rainbow Bridge. Several parking lots are available in the Odaiba area, including Odaiba Marine Park Chuo Parking and Diver City Tokyo Plaza Parking.
