From Shimbashi Station, take the Yurikamome Line to Shibaura-futo Station (Tokyo side) or Odaiba-kaihinkoen Station (Odaiba side). The walk from either station to the Rainbow Promenade entrance takes about 5-10 minutes. A single fare on the Yurikamome Line costs around ¥330 [JPY] [https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2359_003.html]. Alternatively, take the Rinkai Line to Tokyo Teleport Station and walk about 15 minutes to the Odaiba entrance.

If you are in the Shibaura or Odaiba area, you can walk to the Rainbow Promenade entrance. From Odaiba Seaside Park, it's approximately a 15-minute walk to the Odaiba side entrance. From Shibaura-futo Station, follow the signs for the Rainbow Bridge. There are no tolls or special access fees for pedestrians.
