Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From JR Ino Station or the Ino tram stop, the museum is approximately a 10-minute walk. From either station, walk straight, following signs for the Ino Town Paper Museum. The museum will be on your right. Local bus services also operate in Ino Town. From Ino Station, take the Ino Town Community Bus towards Saiwaicho and disembark at the Saiwaicho stop, which is a short 5-minute walk from the museum. Bus fare is approximately ¥200. Train fare from Kochi to Ino is around ¥200-¥400.

    If driving from Kochi, take Route 33 west towards Ino Town. Follow the signs to the Ino Town Paper Museum, located at 110-1 Saiwaicho. Parking is available near the museum. Parking is free. Note that some navigation systems may display the location as いの町紙の博物館.

Note that the museum is scheduled for renovation from late November 2026 to the end of March 2027 and will be closed during this period.
