From Kokusai-dori shopping street, walk towards the coast for about 15-20 minutes. Head towards the water, and the park will be on your left, past the Naminoue beach. No costs involved.

Take the Yui Rail to Asahibashi Station or Kencho-mae Station. From either station, it's a 15-20 minute walk to Wakasa Seaside Park. Alternatively, take a bus heading towards Wakasa or Naminoue Beach. A single bus ride in central Naha costs 240-260 JPY.
