If you are driving, head south on Route 8 from Wakasa. Continue on Route 8 for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the city of Nagahama. Once in Nagahama, take the exit toward Route 161 and follow signs for Motohamacho. The Hiyoshi Shrine is located at 16-16-10 Motohamacho, which will be on your right. There is parking available nearby.
