Car
From Zao Onsen, head south on Route 457 towards Togatta Onsen. After approximately 15 minutes of driving, you will see signs for Sankai Falls. Turn right onto the road leading towards the falls. Follow this road for about 3 km, where you will find the parking area. The viewing platform is a short walk from the parking area, leading you directly to stunning views of Sankai Falls.

Public Transportation
From Zao Onsen, take the local bus heading towards Togatta Onsen. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the Togatta Onsen stop. From there, you can either take a taxi to the Sankai Falls viewing platform (approximately a 10-minute ride) or walk the remaining distance, which will take about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return times.
