If you're driving, start from the Ajloun Forest Reserve visitor center. Head south on the main road (Jordan Valley Road) towards Ajloun city. After about 7 km, turn left onto the road leading to the town of Al-Salt. Continue on this road for about 12 km until you see signs for Horvat Susita. Follow the signs, which will lead you to the parking area near the archaeological site. There may be a small parking fee.
