From Al-Maghtas, head northwest on the main road towards the city of Madaba. After approximately 15 kilometers, look for signs leading to Highway 65 towards Jericho. Merge onto Highway 65 and continue driving until you reach the junction for Highway 437. Take the exit onto Highway 437. Continue on Highway 437 for about 10 kilometers, following the signs for Ein Prat Nature Reserve. The entrance to the reserve will be on your left.

From Al-Maghtas, take a local bus or shared taxi to Madaba. Once you arrive in Madaba, look for a bus or shared taxi heading towards Jericho. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Highway 437 for Ein Prat Nature Reserve. After getting off, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers towards the entrance of the reserve, following the signs along Highway 437.
