    Start at the Ma'an bus station, which is centrally located in Ma'an. From the bus station, head southeast on Al-Hussein Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with King Abdullah II Street. Turn left onto King Abdullah II Street and walk for about 500 meters. You will see a sign for the Petra entrance. Follow this road, which will lead you towards Uum Sayhoun. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will arrive at the entrance to the archaeological park where the Palace Tomb is located. The Palace Tomb itself is about a 15-minute walk from the entrance, heading towards the main site.

    From the Ma'an bus station, you can take a local minibus heading to Petra. The buses leave regularly and the fare is inexpensive. Inform the driver that you are going to Uum Sayhoun, and they will drop you off at the nearest point to the entrance of the archaeological park. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the entrance, and from there it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Palace Tomb.
