If you are driving to Deir Al-Sultan in Jerusalem from Ma'in Hot Springs, take the Ma'in Road (Route 65) towards the Dead Sea. Continue on Route 65 until you reach the junction with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1, which is the main highway that leads to Jerusalem. Follow Route 1 until you see signs for Jerusalem and take the exit towards the city center. Once in Jerusalem, follow the signs to the Old City. You can park in one of the lots near the Jaffa Gate, which is a short walk from Deir Al-Sultan.

To reach Deir Al-Sultan using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Ma'in Hot Springs to Madaba. Once in Madaba, transfer to a bus or shared taxi heading to Jerusalem. When you arrive in Jerusalem, you can take a light rail or a bus to the Old City. Get off at the Jaffa Gate stop. From Jaffa Gate, walk towards the Old City, and follow the signs leading to the Christian Quarter. Deir Al-Sultan is located on the roof of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, so you may need to ask for directions once you are close.
