If you're driving, start by entering the nearest major highway. From Kansas City, take I-70 W for about 130 miles. Take exit 127 toward Emporia, then merge onto US-50 E. Continue on US-50 E for about 20 miles until you reach Emporia. Once in Emporia, turn left onto Exchange St. Red Rocks State Historic Site will be on your right at 927 Exchange St. Parking is available on site.

Commercial St. From the bus station, you can either walk (approximately 1 mile) to Red Rocks State Historic Site by heading north on S.
