Start from the main entrance of Konza Prairie Biological Station. Drive east on KS-177 N for approximately 8 miles. Then, take the exit toward Manhattan/I-70. Merge onto I-70 W. Continue for about 1.5 miles and take exit 313 for US-24 W toward Junction City. After exiting, merge onto US-24 W and continue for about 2 miles. Take the exit toward KS-18 W/Claflin Rd. Turn right onto Claflin Rd. The Riley County Historical Museum will be on your left at 2309 Claflin Rd, Manhattan, KS 66502.
