If you are starting from downtown Kansas City, take the KC Streetcar from the River Market stop heading south. Ride until you reach the Union Station stop. From Union Station, transfer to the Metro Bus Route 101 towards 78th & State Ave. Get off at the 75th & Parallel Parkway stop. From there, walk west along Parallel Parkway for about 0.5 miles until you reach 75th Street. Turn left onto 75th Street and continue south until you reach the Tomahawk Creek Trail entrance.

Bicycle
Begin at the Kansas City Riverfront Park and head north on the Riverfront Heritage Trail. Continue until you reach the intersection with the 2nd Street. Turn right onto 2nd Street and head east until you hit Gillham Road. From there, head north until you reach 75th Street. Make a left on 75th Street and continue for about 1 mile until you reach the Tomahawk Creek Trail entrance.

If you are near the Country Club Plaza, start walking north on Ward Parkway. Continue walking straight until you reach 75th Street. At that point, turn left on 75th Street and walk for about 1.5 miles. The entrance to the Tomahawk Creek Trail will be on your right side.
