To reach Constitution Hall State Historic Site by car, head toward Lecompton, Kansas. If you're starting from the center of Smoky Hills, use the main highway (US-40) and drive east until you reach the intersection with K-102. Turn left onto K-102 and continue north. After approximately 10 miles, you will arrive in Lecompton. Follow the signs to Elmore Street, then turn left at 319 Elmore St. The historic site will be on your right. Parking is available on-site.
