Follow the signs towards the Big Almaty Lake. As you approach the lake, keep an eye out for a sign for 'Алматы панорамасы'. It will be located on an unnamed road near coordinates 5V58+4CJ. Parking is available near the viewpoint.

For those using public transportation, take bus number 28 from Almaty city center which goes towards the Almaty Mountains. The bus typically runs every 30 minutes. Get off at the last stop near Big Almaty Lake. From there, you will need to either hike or take a taxi to reach Алматы панорамасы, which is about a 15-minute drive or a 30-minute hike from the lake. Be prepared for some elevation as you approach the viewpoint.
