We booked a private 3-day, 2-night tour to Charyn Canyon, Black Canyon, Kolsai Lakes and Kaindy Lake, and it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. I was travelling with my brother and his wife from Ilkley, UK, and from the very beginning, everything was very well organised. Ms. Alina was a true professional, constantly staying in touch with us from Almaty and making sure everything went smoothly throughout our trip. Our driver and guide, Mr. Ermek, was excellent. He drove comfortably and safely and had very good knowledge of the area, guiding us to some beautiful viewpoints and locations along the way. The scenery at Charyn Canyon, Black Canyon, Kolsai and Kaindy was absolutely spectacular, and the entire trip was an experience we will remember for a long time.
