Car
If you're driving from downtown Frankfort, head south on US-127 S for about 1 mile. Then, take the exit onto St Hwy 676. Continue on St Hwy 676 for approximately 2 miles. Capitol View Park will be on the corner of St Hwy 676 and Glenn's Creek Road. Look for the park entrance on your right.
Public Transportation
Currently, there might not be a direct public transportation option to Capitol View Park from other areas in the Bluegrass Region. You can take a bus to downtown Frankfort and then use a rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach Capitol View Park. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes and cost approximately $10-$15 depending on traffic.
Bike
If you prefer biking, there are bike paths along US-127 S. Start from downtown Frankfort and ride south on the bike path for about 1.5 miles, then take a left onto St Hwy 676. Continue biking on St Hwy 676 for about 2 miles until you reach the park. Be cautious as St Hwy 676 can have traffic.
Walking
Walking to Capitol View Park is not recommended due to the distance and lack of sidewalks along certain stretches. However, if you are close, you can walk along Glenn's Creek Road to the park entrance. Ensure you stay on the side of the road for safety.
