From the nearest major city, Lexington, KY, take US-27 South towards Somerset. Merge onto I-75 South. After about 30 miles, take exit 38 for KY-80 East towards London. Continue on KY-80 for approximately 50 miles until you reach the junction with KY-15. Turn right onto KY-15 South and follow this road for about 20 miles until you reach Campton. From Campton, head east on KY-191 for approximately 9 miles. Look for signs for the Red River Gorge area, and turn onto a gravel road that leads to the Turtle Back Arch trailhead. Parking is available near the trailhead.
