If you are starting from the Kentucky State Capitol, exit the Capitol grounds and head south on Capitol Avenue. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with 3rd Street. Turn left onto 3rd Street and continue walking. After about 0.3 miles, turn right onto Cove Spring Road. Follow Cove Spring Road for approximately 0.5 miles, and you will see the entrance to Cove Spring Park on your left.

From the Frankfort Transit Center located at 100 E Main St, take Bluegrass Transit Route 1 towards the Frankfort Community Center. Get off at the stop at 3rd Street and Main Street. From there, walk west on Main Street until you reach 3rd Street, then turn left and walk down 3rd Street. After about 0.3 miles, turn right onto Cove Spring Road. Continue on Cove Spring Road for about 0.5 miles, and you will arrive at Cove Spring Park on your left.

If you have a bicycle, start from downtown Frankfort. Head south on Broadway Street, then take a left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street until you reach 3rd Street, then turn left. After about 0.3 miles, turn right onto Cove Spring Road. Follow Cove Spring Road for approximately 0.5 miles, and you will reach Cove Spring Park on your left. Remember to follow traffic rules and be mindful of pedestrians.
