Getting There

Public Bus
From the center of Henderson, head to the nearest bus stop on Water Street. Take the Route 1 bus towards Las Vegas. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Tropicana Ave & Las Vegas Blvd stop. Transfer to the Route 203 bus towards Summerlin. Stay on the bus for approximately 40 minutes and get off at the Red Rock Canyon stop. From there, follow the signs leading to the entrance of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, which is about a 10-minute walk.

Bicycle
If you're up for a bike ride, start at the Henderson City Hall. Head west on Water Street, then take a left onto Boulder Hwy. Continue on Boulder Hwy until you reach Flamingo Rd. Turn right onto Flamingo Rd and follow it until you reach the entrance of Red Rock Canyon. This ride will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your speed and fitness level.

Walking
If you want to walk, start at the Henderson Convention Center and head north on Water Street. Continue straight until you reach Sunset Rd, then turn left. Walk along Sunset Rd until you reach the intersection with Boulder Hwy. From there, you will need to continue walking along Boulder Hwy until you reach the entrance to Red Rock Canyon. This will be quite a long walk, approximately 3 to 4 hours, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
