From downtown Lexington, walk to the Lextran bus stop at Main St and Limestone St. Take the Route 12 bus towards Leestown Road. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Leestown Rd & Masterson Station Park stop. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes north on Leestown Rd to reach the park entrance at 3051 Leestown Rd.

Start at the downtown area and head northwest on Main St. Turn left onto N Broadway St and continue to Newtown Pike. Turn right onto Newtown Pike and follow the bike lane. After about 2 miles, turn left onto Leestown Rd. Continue on Leestown Rd for about 1 mile until you reach Masterson Station Park, which will be on your right at 3051 Leestown Rd.
