Public Transit
Start at the Lexington Transit Center located at 215 E Main St. Take the Blue Line bus towards the Kentucky Horse Park. Ride for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the stop at the intersection of New Circle Rd and Richmond Rd. From there, transfer to the #12 bus towards the Southland Dr. Transfer to the #23 bus towards the Kentucky River Overlook. Ride for about 15 minutes, then disembark at the Kentucky River Overlook stop.

Head south on South Limestone St towards E High St, then take a right onto E High St. Continue straight until you reach Richmond Rd.
