From any location in the Central Highlands, head north on the A2 highway towards Nanyuki. Continue on the A2 for approximately 150 km until you reach the junction at Nanyuki. Take the left turn onto the C77 road towards Isiolo. Drive for about 80 km until you reach the town of Isiolo. From Isiolo, take the C77 road heading northeast towards Samburu National Park. The park entrance is approximately 60 km from Isiolo. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain as the last stretch to the park may be challenging.

Start your journey by taking a matatu (shared taxi) or bus from your location in the Central Highlands to Nanyuki town. The fare for a matatu is approximately 300-500 Kenyan Shillings.
