The entrance is marked but may not always be obvious, so keep an eye out for the balloon launch area.

To reach Kilimanjaro Balloon Safaris via public transportation, first take a matatu (shared taxi) from Chyulu Hills to Emali. From Emali, you will need to catch another matatu heading towards Amboseli National Park. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the unnamed road leading to Kilimanjaro Balloon Safaris. Once you disembark, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the launch site.
