    If you prefer public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Meru town heading towards Embu. Tell the driver you want to get off at the Kora National Park turnoff. The ride will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the turnoff, you may need to hire a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you the remaining 15 km to the park entrance. This will cost approximately 300 KES. Ensure you negotiate the fare before starting the journey.

    If you are already near the Kora National Park turnoff, you can hire a boda boda to take you directly to the park entrance. The ride will take around 30 minutes, and the cost should be around 500 KES. Again, it’s advisable to negotiate the fare beforehand to avoid any misunderstanding.
