If you're driving, start from Nakuru town. Head southwest on the A104 road towards the Great Rift Valley. Continue for about 30 km until you reach the turnoff towards the Great Rift Valley View Point. Follow the signs to the viewpoint, which is located at the coordinates WH6M+VCG (Latitude: -1.0878135, Longitude: 36.5835875). The drive will take approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic. There are no tolls on this route.

For those using public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Nakuru town to the Great Rift Valley View Point area. You can catch a matatu at the Nakuru bus station heading towards Mai Mahiu. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Great Rift Valley View Point. The fare is typically around 100-200 KES per person and the journey should take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the viewpoint area, you may need to walk a short distance to the actual viewpoint.
