    If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Moshi in Kilimanjaro Region. Drive northwest on the A23 highway towards the town of Boma Ng'ombe. Continue on the A23 until you reach the intersection with the C98 road. Turn left onto C98 and follow the signs towards Nyandarua County. After approximately 35 km, you will reach the town of Nanyuki. From Nanyuki, follow the signs to Mount Kinangop, which is approximately a 20 km drive. Note that the last stretch may involve rough roads, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Parking is usually available near the trailhead at the base of Mount Kinangop.
