It's a short distance, approximately 1.5 km, which should take around 20-30 minutes on foot.

If you prefer a quicker option, look for a nearby Boda Boda stand in Nyamasaria. Negotiate the fare before getting on; it typically ranges from KES 50 to KES 100 depending on your starting point. You can also take a Matatu from Nyamasaria to Kisumu Central. Head to the nearest Matatu stop and board a Matatu heading towards Kisumu. The fare is usually around KES 30-50. Once you arrive at Kisumu Central, you can either walk (about 15 minutes) or take a Boda Boda to the museum.
