From the center of Lamu town, head towards the waterfront and walk along the Lamu Fort area. Continue straight until you reach the junction at Kiwanda Restaurant. Turn left at the junction and walk along the road until you see the sign for Bahari. Follow Bahari Road for about 15 minutes, keeping an eye out for local shops and cafes. Yumbe Guest House is located on Harambee Road, just off Bahari Road. Look for the house number and sign; it's a short walk from the main road.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Lamu town. Start from the main square and head towards the waterfront. Follow the same route as for walking, but on a bicycle, you can navigate a little faster. Ride towards Kiwanda Restaurant, turn left at the junction, and continue along Bahari Road. After about 15 minutes of cycling, you will reach Harambee Road. Yumbe Guest House will be on your right; look for the house number.

If you are near the waterfront, you can hire a local boat to take you closer to Yumbe Guest House. Ask the boat operator to drop you off at the nearest point to Harambee Road.
