Getting There

    If you are staying near the Mombasa Old Port, head southeast towards Moi Avenue. Walk along Moi Avenue until you reach the intersection with Nkurumah Road. Turn left onto Nkurumah Road and continue walking until you arrive at the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Kenyatta Avenue. Continue past the Fort Jesus and keep walking down Kenyatta Avenue until you reach the beach area. From there, you can follow the coastline heading north towards Kizingo, where the Light House is located.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Mombasa Old Port and head southeast on Moi Avenue. When you reach the intersection with Nkurumah Road, turn left. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, where you will take the second exit onto Kenyatta Avenue. Cycle along Kenyatta Avenue, passing Fort Jesus, and follow the road as it curves towards the beach. From the beach area, head north along the coastline to reach Kizingo, where the Light House is situated.
