If you are driving, start from Nanyuki town. Head southeast on the Nanyuki-Nairobi Road (A2) for about 10 km. Look for the Kiamutugu - Kamwana Road on your left. Turn onto this road and continue for approximately 5 km until you reach the entrance of Kathandeini Forest. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rural roads, as some sections may be bumpy.

From Nanyuki town, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Kamwana. The fare should be around 100-150 Kenyan Shillings.
