Walking
From the central point of Nairobi's Central Business District, head towards Uhuru Park located on Uhuru Highway. Once you reach Uhuru Park, continue walking along the paths within the park towards the western side, keeping the park on your right. Exit the park at the western gate onto Kenyatta Avenue, and head northwest. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Uhuru Highway. Cross the street carefully to the other side. Continue walking straight on Uhuru Highway for another 300 meters until you see the Galton - Fenzi Memorial on your left.
Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
If you prefer to use a boda boda, find a designated boda boda stage in Nairobi CBD, such as near Sarit Centre or Westgate Mall. Inform the driver that you would like to go to the Galton - Fenzi Memorial located near the intersection of Uhuru Highway and Kenyatta Avenue. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic and will cost approximately 100-200 Kenyan Shillings.
Public Bus
To reach the Galton - Fenzi Memorial via public transport, locate the nearest bus stop in the CBD. Board a bus heading towards Westlands or Parklands. After approximately 15 minutes, alight at the Kenyatta Avenue bus stop. From there, walk back along Kenyatta Avenue for around 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Uhuru Highway. The memorial will be on your left side. The bus fare is typically around 50 Kenyan Shillings.
