Walking
From the center of Naivasha town, head west on Moi Avenue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Nairobi-Nakuru Road. Continue straight, crossing over to the other side of the road where there is a pedestrian crossing. After 500 meters, you will reach a bus stop where you can catch a matatu (shared taxi) heading to Lake Naivasha.

Once you are at the bus stop, look for a matatu bound for Lake Naivasha or any matatu labeled 'Naivasha Town'. The fare is usually around 50-100 KES. The matatus are frequent, so you shouldn’t have to wait long. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Inform the driver or conductor that you are going to Lake Naivasha, and they will drop you off at the entrance to the lake area.
