From the center of Nakuru, head to the Nakuru Railway Station, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the central bus station. Once at the station, you can catch a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Bahati. Board the matatu and ask the driver to drop you off at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Upon arrival, if the viewpoint is not immediately visible, ask locals for directions to WJV3+J3H, Gatithia, where the viewpoint is located.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Nakuru. Start your ride from the central bus station, heading north on Kenyatta Avenue. Continue towards the Bahati road. Follow the signs towards Bahati and keep an eye out for signs indicating the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. The bike ride will take about an hour, depending on your speed and stops along the way. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic regulations.

Public Transport (Matatu)
From Nakuru Town, walk to the nearest matatu stage, usually located near the central bus station. Take a matatu heading towards Bahati and request the driver to drop you off at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. The total journey time will be around 40-50 minutes. When you get off, you may need to walk a short distance to the viewpoint, which is located at WJV3+J3H, Gatithia.
