Walking
From Nakuru Town Centre, head southwest on Kenyatta Avenue towards the Nakuru-Kisumu Highway (A104). Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the highway. Turn left onto the Nakuru-Kisumu Highway. Walk for approximately 2 kilometers until you see the turnoff for the Makalia Falls Viewpoint on your right. Follow the path leading to the viewpoint, which will be about a 500-meter walk from the highway.

Bicycle
If you're renting a bicycle in Nakuru, start from the town center and head south on Kenyatta Avenue towards the Nakuru-Kisumu Highway (A104). After about 1.5 kilometers, take a left onto the highway. Continue cycling for about 2 kilometers. Watch for the sign pointing to Makalia Falls Viewpoint on your right. Once you see it, park your bike and walk the final 500 meters to the viewpoint.

Motorcycle Taxi (Boda Boda)
To reach Makalia Falls Viewpoint via motorcycle taxi, find a boda boda stand in Nakuru Town. Inform the driver that you are going to Makalia Falls Viewpoint. The ride will take about 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will take you along the Nakuru-Kisumu Highway and drop you off at the entrance to the viewpoint. From there, it is a short walk of about 500 meters to the viewpoint itself.
