After approximately 100 kilometers, take the exit towards Mikinduri. Once in Mikinduri, navigate using local signage or GPS for the coordinates 5V5V+6X2. This is just outside the main town area, and you should be able to find parking nearby.
Public Transport (Matatu)
For those using public transport, head to the Garissa Matatu Station where you can catch a matatu (shared minibus) heading towards Mikinduri. The fare is typically around 200 KES. The journey may take about 2-3 hours depending on the road conditions and stops. Once you arrive in Mikinduri, you can either walk to the coordinates 5V5V+6X2 or hire a local motorcycle taxi (boda boda) for a small fee, usually around 50 KES.
