If you are driving, start from Garissa town. Head northeast on the A3 road towards Wajir. Continue for approximately 140 kilometers until you reach the junction to Kyeniri Road. Turn left onto Kyeniri Road and drive for about 10 kilometers. Mwarange wamūgitu will be located along the Kigwambiti - Kyeniri Road. Be cautious as the roads can be rough in some areas, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for such conditions.

Take a matatu (shared taxi) from Garissa town heading towards Wajir. This should take around 2-3 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach the junction for Kyeniri Road, you will need to alight and arrange for a local boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Mwarange wamūgitu, which is approximately 10 kilometers away.
