Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major town in Northern Frontier District. Depending on your current location, head towards Isiolo town via the A2 highway. From Isiolo, continue on the A2 towards Meru, then take the B5 road towards Nanyuki. Once you reach Nanyuki, follow the signs to Nairobi by taking the A2 highway. After about 2 hours from Nanyuki, you will reach Nairobi. From Nairobi, take the Mombasa Road (A104) heading towards Mombasa. After driving for about 12 hours, you will arrive in Mombasa. Upon reaching Mombasa, navigate to Links Road using a GPS or local maps. Wild Waters is located at Links Rd, Mombasa, at coordinates (-4.0399184, 39.7046562). Parking is available at the venue but may incur a fee, so be prepared for potential parking costs.
Public Transportation
For those opting for public transportation, start by taking a bus from your location in the Northern Frontier District to Isiolo. Upon reaching Isiolo, transfer to a bus heading towards Nairobi. This leg of the journey will take approximately 3-4 hours. Once in Nairobi, you will need to switch to a bus service that travels directly to Mombasa. The bus journey from Nairobi to Mombasa can take about 12 hours. After arriving in Mombasa, use local transport such as a taxi or a tuk-tuk to reach Wild Waters at Links Rd, Mombasa. Make sure to confirm the fare before beginning your ride. Bus tickets may range from Ksh 1,000 to Ksh 2,500 depending on the service and class.
