If you are driving from Kisumu, take the A1 highway heading southeast towards Nairobi. Continue on the A1 for approximately 250 kilometers. You will pass through towns such as Nakuru and Maai Mahiu. When you reach the town of Kajiado, take the exit onto Oloosirkon/Sholinke Magadi Road. Follow this road for about 15 kilometers, and you will reach the Olorgesailie Prehistoric Site on your left.
