From the main entrance of Shaba National Reserve, head southwest on the main park road. Continue along this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction near the Ewaso Nyiro River. At the junction, turn right and follow the signs towards Milima Tatu. The destination will be approximately 5 kilometers ahead. Look out for the distinctive rock formations that mark the area.

While there are limited public transportation options within the reserve, you can catch a matatu (shared taxi) from the main entrance of Shaba National Reserve heading towards Meru. Inform the driver of your destination, Milima Tatu, and they will drop you off at the closest point accessible by road. From there, you may need to walk approximately 3 kilometers to reach Milima Tatu, following the general direction of the rock formations.
