From Brezovica Ski Resort, head northwest on the main road (R116) towards the town of Štrpce. Continue for about 12 kilometers until you reach the intersection with road R115. Turn right onto R115 and follow the road for approximately 15 kilometers. You will pass through the town of Presevo before crossing into North Macedonia. Once in North Macedonia, continue straight until you reach the town of Tetovo. From Tetovo, follow signs for Lake Matka, which is about 20 kilometers away. You will find parking available near the lake.
