From Brezovica Ski Resort, head west on the M-25 road towards the town of Štrpce. After approximately 5 kilometers, take a left onto the R-120 road. Continue on the R-120 for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction. Here, you will need to take the road that leads you toward the North Macedonia border, following the signs for Dolna Matka. After crossing into North Macedonia, continue driving for about 15 kilometers, then follow the signs to Šiševo Monastery, which is located at coordinates 41.9520431, 21.3040134. There may be tolls on certain sections of the road, so ensure you have some cash ready. The drive should take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic.

To reach Šiševo Monastery from Brezovica Ski Resort via public transport, first take a taxi or local bus from Brezovica to the nearest major city, which is Štrpce. From Štrpce, you will need to find a bus that heads towards Skopje. Ask the local bus station for the latest schedule as the timing can vary. Once you arrive in Skopje, you will need to transfer to another bus that goes to Dolna Matka. It is advisable to check the local timetable for the buses heading to Dolna Matka as they may not run frequently. Upon reaching Dolna Matka, you will require a taxi to take you to Šiševo Monastery, which is a short distance away. Overall, this journey could take several hours, so plan accordingly.
